 FALL ACTIVITIES
Seven Devils Lodge has activities that will appeal to even the most diverse group of guests. Some activities can be enjoyed all seasons and others need just the right touch from Mother Nature.

Check out the list below and we're sure that you will find one or more adventures to try. Have you always wanted to be part of a cattle drive or just wander around and take pictures of some of the most beautiful country on earth? Then come let us help you build those lifetime memories at the Seven Devils Lodge.
 Cattle Drives
Driving cattle on the Seven Devils Ranch
As guests at the Seven Devils Lodge, you'll have the option of riding with the cowboys on the O X Ranch.
Whether it's moving from one range to another you'll have an opportunity to do real cowboy work with our crew.

 Elk & Deer Hunting
Great Bow Hunting
Seven Devils Ranch offers a limited number of guided Elk Hunts in the fall and in accord with Idaho hunting regulations.

Our guides are licensed and bonded and have the experience to fill your expectations of the Greatest Hunt ever. These hunts are conducted on our private lands and originate from the lodge.

Some nights may be spent at one or more of out back country camps to put you in the right place at the right time for that trophy bull.

Seven Devils Ranch also offers a limited number of guided Deer Hunts in the rugged canyon lands throughout the ranch. Our guides have the experience to fulfill your expectations of a quality hunt in western Idaho.

These hunts are available in both the archery and the rifle seasons.
 Fly Fishing
Casting a fly into one of the many ponds throughout the ranch is available all of the time. If casting into the wilder waters as they flow through the Wildhorse Canyon is more your style, it's also available as you set your own schedule of activities while at the Seven Devils Ranch.

 Western Riding Vacations
An old cowboy once said, "you can rub out old cow trails with highways, swap sagebrush for cities, and free grass with filling stations, but you can't cure the west of bein' howdy country".

And the best way to say "howdy" is atop one of our well-mannered horses as you meet and greet fellow travelers.

There is no finer experience than riding along on a crisp morning with the scent of your freshly worked horse floating in the air. Life is good at the Seven Devils Ranch.
 Overnight Rides
New for the 2008 season is the experience of riding into the back country, spending the night (or more if desired) at one of our cow camps.

The ride will take you through some of Idaho's most scenic country and you'll ride into an unforgettable basin where wildlife abounds. You'll enjoy great meals throughout the trip and bring back memories to last a lifetime.
 Retreats, Reunions, Small Weddings
Seven Devils Lodge offers great opportunities for small groups to get away from the urban life, clear their minds and focus on the purpose of the get-away.

If the purpose is business training, we have wireless internet throughout the lodge, telephones, fax machines and printers available for your meeting.

The lodge can handle 10 to 12 persons in a group and the western hospitality will be second to none. The lodge is a great place for book clubs to get away from the ordinary or a Dutch oven group to get together for trying new recipes or teaching new methods.

We have photography groups touring the ranch and photographing wildlife and scenery in the spring and fall. Wildflowers are abundant in the spring and offer fantastic opportunities for the shutterbugs.

Birdlife abounds throughout the ranch and hiking trails are filled with wildflowers and spectacular scenery.
 Photography and Hikes
You'd be hard pressed to find a more beautiful location than the Seven Devils Ranch to catch those once-in-a-lifetime wildlife and scenic pictures.

Pick a season and come with plenty of film or memory cards to capture life on the Ranch. We'll have hearty meals to sustain you on your trips.
